Refund & Return Policy
At Rose of Sharon Online Store LLC, we stand behind the quality of our digital and physical products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. The 14-Day Requirement
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must initiate your request within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or credit.
2. Digital Products (E-books, PDF, Music, Videos)
Due to the nature of digital content, once a file has been downloaded or streamed, it is generally considered "consumed" and non-refundable. However, we will honor refund requests within the 14-day period if:
The file is corrupted or does not function as described.
You accidentally purchased the same digital product twice.
The digital product was never downloaded (verified by our system logs).
3. Physical & Print-on-Demand Products
For items ordered through our physical catalog or our Printify store:
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the product for a free replacement.
Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale"
Products returned with missing parts or damage not due to our error.
5. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, please visit our main website at https://roseofsharononlinestorellc.online and use the contact form, or email our support team directly. Please include:
Your Order Number.
The name of the product.
The reason for the refund request.
6. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected (for physical goods) or your digital claim is verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
7. Affiliate Commissions
Please note that for our partners at Rose of Sharon Tapfiliate, commissions generated from refunded orders will be deducted from the affiliate’s account balance in accordance with our program terms.
